12 Week Challenge FAQ's
While our 12 Week Challenges are not Custom, Coach Mon will work with you closely to adjust as much as you need to reach your goals.
Lifestyle Category is for the women who are hair straight back- flat out. 4 quick workouts each week around an hour in length (including cardio & mobility.)
Advanced Category is still time efficient (because let's face it, we're all busy) but with 5 workouts per week and each a little over an hour in length.
You'll get Custom Macros and / or a Custom Meal Plan depending on your personal needs and goals.
If you choose to sign up using the payment plan you will be charge $333.00 three times.
The Bliss Retreats will always align with the ending of our 12 Week Challenges. More information can be found on the Retreat tab (menu) and in the Challenge Handbook.
