For the past 10 years Bikini Bliss Fitness Challenge has successfully ran our 12 week challenges twice a year. Training hundreds of women from across North America, with one goal in mind: TO HELP WOMEN FEEL STRONG &  CONFIDENT

To celebrate this incredible milestone, We are bringing it back to what made Bliss what it is today, a very special 12 Week Challenge.

🍃  Top Tier Training Program- Our 12 Week Challenge programs are not for the excuse makers, they are crafted with the single intention to transform your body mindset and get you back on track. Workouts (not easy), Following along with the structured layout (very easy). 😉 


🍃 Personal Check In's- Weekly Check-in's are amazing for tracking your progress and holding yourself accountable, BUT here at Bliss you'll be chatting with your Coach all week so no need to save your list of questions in your notes app. 


🍃 Nutritional Guidance - Need help with tracking macros? Need an easy to follow meal plan so you don't have to think about it? Need healthy recipe ideas to fill those macros? Need some clarity on what a macro even is-  WE GOTCHU. The only thing we can't do is physically slap the cookie out of your hand. 😬  


🍃 Support To Succeed- Sure, you can do this on your own.. that's why you've already done it right? 👀 Here you'll get top tier support from top tier women, no bs- just real and happy to see you succeed. From your Coach to the Bliss Ambassadors, we've all got your back and will help you see this thing through to the end. 


🍃 Weekly Group Coaching Calls- Connecting with the women who have made Bliss what it is today is EVERYTHING. We share meal ideas, struggle, wins, and even get some great insight on how to make this journey fit into your crazy busy life.

🙋♀️ Which Category Is Best For Me? 

Lifestyle: Was created to give you the most effective workouts in what little time you have available in your busy schedule. 4 workouts per week, all under 60 minutes! Giving you no excuse to not be in the best shape of your life! 

Advanced: Was built with the avid gym goer in mind, You will be doing 5 workouts per week.  You need to be challenged in your workouts, and time is not an issue; because you already have a strong routine with your workouts a main factor of your day. 

🙋♀️ How Long Are The Workouts?

Lifestyle workouts are kept to under 60 minutes 4x per week (including cardio)

Advanced workouts can range between 45 minutes - 90 minutes, depending on the muscle group (rest times) and this also includes cardio + mobility. 

🙋♀️ When do I choose my Category?

After you sign up you'll receive a few emails, one in a link for your Challenge Onboarding. On this form you will select your desired category. 

🙋♀️ What Is The Success Rate In 12 Weeks?

   If you are able to prioritize yourself, your goals, and put your health & fitness on the front burner; you will see huge success! Consistency & Accountability are key to your success, but we have seen first hand some of the most incredible transformations come out of our 12 week challenges. Show up, follow your plan and watch your body (and life) transform! 

        🙋♀️ What Happens After The Challenge?

 First: You're going to feel like you have a new lease on life, walking into every room with the confidence and having a strong understanding of both what fuels your body and how absolutely capable you really are! 

Then: After the 12 weeks is complete you will remain in the Bliss App for a Deload Week (where you allow your body to rest, recoup and recover). And then you will get right back to work with our Post Challenge Coaching. 😉 (starting Sept. 2026)

Every Challenger will further lock in their new healthy habits and continue building towards their goals with Post Challenge Coaching. 

What is Post Challenge Coaching? Post Challenge Coaching will provide you with 3 months of goal focused coaching after each challenge. You will receive a training program built around your goals and lifestyle. Continuing to follow the methods and proven practices that have gotten you through the 12 week challenge! With weekly check in's, and support from Coach Mon plus-  each month you will have the opportunity to join in on  an exclusive private group coaching call. 

Making fitness truly part of your everyday life, and ensuring that you don't backslide into old unhealthy patterns. 💜 

    12 Week Challenge FAQ's

    While our 12 Week Challenges are not Custom, Coach Mon will work with you closely to adjust as much as you need to reach your goals.

    Lifestyle Category is for the women who are hair straight back- flat out. 4 quick workouts each week around an hour in length (including cardio & mobility.)

    Advanced Category is still time efficient (because let's face it, we're all busy) but with 5 workouts per week and each a little over an hour in length.

    You'll get Custom Macros and / or a Custom Meal Plan depending on your personal needs and goals.

    If you choose to sign up using the payment plan you will be charge $333.00 three times.

    The Bliss Retreats will always align with the ending of our 12 Week Challenges. More information can be found on the Retreat tab (menu) and in the Challenge Handbook.
