Refund policy

 

All Bliss Programs 

We have a no refund policy for our subscription programs, coaching, challenges and digital downloads. 

Once the program has been delivered you will be able to print, save and screenshot it immediately, preventing "return". 

In the event that you cannot complete the program due to extenuating circumstances, message us in the Bliss App and we can either pause your subscription ( for up to 1 months). Your program will expire upon the agreed upon time commitment being met, and you will not be billed outside of that. Please note that sending a message or email is not a cancellation. You must reach out via the Bliss App to cancel. 

All Bliss Challenges 

A full refund is available is available up to 30 days before program start day less administrative and processing fees of $111.00

 

To prevent theft of the programming - Once you have been provided the program via app access, we will not be providing a refund - at this point you have received the download and program has been created for your use. 

Under no circumstances are refunds ever issued during, or upon completion of any of our fitness programs. 


All Bliss Retreats 

A full refund is available is available up to 30 days before the date of retreat less any admin fees. Should you be unable to attend beyond the 30 day refund window, you are able to sell your spot to another bliss member or discuss rolling your spot over to the next scheduled retreat. 

Bliss Retreats - Payment Plans 

Your first payment is non refundable, however if you cancel up to 30 days before the date of the retreat, you are able to get a refund on the amount paid outside of your first payment. If you are unable to attend beyond the 30 day window, you are able to sell your spot to another bliss member or discuss rolling your spot over the next scheduled retreat. 

 

Apparel & Fitness Equipment

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at monique@bikiniblisschallenge.com to begin the process. We will then instruct you where to return the item. Once items have been received, and accepted we will then issue a full refund within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Please ensure that you state why you are returning your items when you initiated contact for the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
