Absolutely LOVED this program

I absolutely LOVED this program. I looked forward to doing my workouts each and every single day. My only negative about it has nothing to do with the actual workouts it could be how the app syncs to your watch but sometimes when I would start it in my watch it you were to do 20 reps on one side and 20 on the other side. The app only allotted time for one side only. I would pause and do the other side. Other then that I loved it

This challenge and program was truly a great one. I love everything about it. I really hope that I can do one of the 12 weeks programs. Maybe not Maui but the next one! I’m determined to hit my goals!
