For the past 8 years Bikini Bliss Fitness Challenge has successfully ran our 12 week challenges twice a year. In 2025 we've condensed our challenges and created a 6 Week Kickstart Bliss. This is your chance to see what Bikini Bliss is all about and kickstart your New Year with healthy habits!

🔥Top Tier Training Program- Created by your coach with 15 years of Personal Training Experience. Take the guesswork out of your day with easy to follow along programming, exercise video demo's, tracking your fitness daily to help keep you accountable.
🔥Personal Check In's- With your Coach, Monique Rondeau. Each week you will upload your progress photos, measurements, weight (optional) and chat with your coach. Going through your week, troubleshooting any issues and giving you the support you truly deserve.
🔥Nutritional Guidance - Whether you require a complete education around Macro's, or a set meal plan to follow along to, this program has all of your nutrition covered. Including our famous Bliss Cookbooks (Vegan &GF also available).
🔥Support To Succeed- Beyond having access to your Coach 25/7, you will also be empowered and motivated by an entire community of Hype Girls. Bliss Ambassadors, Fellow Challengers and Bliss Members are there to encourage, empower and push you through to that next level.

🙋♀️ What Level Would I Be?
Lifestyle is built for women who are either newer to working out and macro tracking OR those who are wanting a less intense workout schedule. In this category you will only be completing 3-4 workouts per week, which will also be shorter in duration. Remember, you can still get results if you simply put in the effort, regardless of "how much" you workout.
Advanced is built for women who know what they're doing in the gym, already have a strong routine set, and are familiar with tracking macros (aka you already do it, or you know how and just need to be told to do it) 😉 . This category is made for you if you enjoy 5-6 days of workouts per week, have a timeline on your goal and are ready to go all in for the next 3 months!
🙋♀️ How Long Are The Workouts?
Lifestyle is 3-4x per week with 30-45 minute workouts. This includes mobility, cardio and active rest days.
Advanced is 5-6x per week with 45-60 minute workouts. This includes mobility, cardio and active rest days.
🙋♀️ Will My Macros Change Throughout The Challenge?
In Both Categories your Coach will evaluate your macros each time you do a check in. Because Macros are custom set to you, we recommend you follow only yours and not someone else's. We are not all built the same and our bodies thrive very differently. Your Coach will make sure that you are set up with macros that align with your long term goals. Macro changes will happen throughout the challenge at your Coach's discretion and with your best interest at heart.
