💪 Bliss Build (Strength Program) - 4x a week of heavy lifting days, ensuring you are getting in the recovery days that are vital to your muscle growth. Important: a full home gym or gym access is necessary for this program.
🔥 Bliss Burn (HIIT Program) - 5x per week 30 minute HIIT workouts to burn fat quickly and efficiently. Important: minimal equipment is needed for this program.
⚡️ Bliss Mix (Hybrid Training Program)- 5x per week of well balanced workouts that include; mobility, strength, plyometrics and cardio. Important: a somewhat equipped home gym or gym access is necessary for this program.

Billing information: You will be billed bi-weekly for 12 months. Early cancellations are available with a membership buy out (the remaining balance of your membership will be charged). Should you cancel early without completing your time commitment or membership buy out, this option for training will no longer be available for you in the future.
