💪 Bliss Build (Strength Program) - 4x a week of heavy lifting days, ensuring you are getting in the recovery days that are vital to your muscle growth. Important: a full home gym or gym access is necessary for this program.
🔥 Bliss Burn (HIIT Program) - 5x per week 30 minute HIIT workouts to burn fat quickly and efficiently. Important: minimal equipment is needed for this program.
⚡️ Bliss Mix (Hybrid Training Program)- 5x per week of well balanced workouts that include; mobility, strength, plyometrics and cardio. Important: a somewhat equipped home gym or gym access is necessary for this program.

Billing information: You will be billed bi-weekly for 12 months. Early cancellations are available with a membership buy out (the remaining balance of your membership will be charged).
