For the past 10 years Bikini Bliss Fitness Challenge has successfully ran our 12 week challenges twice a year. Training hundreds of women from across North America, with one goal in mind; TO HELP WOMEN FEEL STRONG & CONFIDENT.
To celebrate this incredible milestone, We are bringing it back to what made Bliss what it is today, a very special 12 Week Challenge.

🔥Top Tier Training Program- Created by your coach with 15+ years of Wellness & Personal Training Experience. Take the guesswork out of your day with easy to follow along programming, exercise video demo's, tracking your fitness daily to help keep you accountable.
🔥Personal Check In's- With your Coach! Each week you will upload your progress photos, measurements, weight (optional) and chat with your coach. Going through your week, troubleshooting any issues and giving you the support you truly deserve. The more you engage, the better your results!
🔥Nutritional Guidance - Whether you require a complete education around Macro's, or a set meal plan to follow along to, this program has all of your nutrition covered. Including our famous Bliss Cookbooks (Vegan &GF also available).
🔥Support To Succeed- Beyond having access to your Coach via the incredibly easy to use bliss app; you will also be empowered and motivated by an entire community of bada** bliss women. Ambassadors, Fellow Challengers and Bliss Members are there to encourage, empower and push you through to that next level.
🔥Weekly Educational Webinars- Learn from your Coach, and other Industry Experts. Topics include but not limited to; Women's Hormone Health, Menopause, Nutrition for Training, Lifting Techniques, Mindset Health and Leaning into becoming the best possible version of yourself!
🙋♀️ What Level Would I Be?
Lifestyle: Was created to give you the most effective workouts in what little time you have available in your busy schedule. 4 workouts per week, all under 60 minutes! Giving you no excuse to not be in the best shape of your life!
Advanced: Was built with the avid gym- goer in mind. You already workout 5-6x per week, and you love it. You need to be challenged in your workouts, and time is not an issue; because you already have a strong routine with your workouts a main factor of your day. You are.. A BADA** 😉
🙋♀️ How Long Are The Workouts?
Lifestyle workouts are kept to under 60 minutes 4x per week (including cardio)
Advanced workouts can range between 45 minutes - 90 minutes, depending on the muscle group (rest times) and this also includes cardio + mobility.
🙋♀️ Will My Macros Change Throughout The Challenge?
The science on macros is out, and after 10 years of training women the most common denominator to adding confusion to our day is.. macro tracking. Thus we will not be macro cycling, you will have custom macros set, and adjusted to fit YOUR life, goals and bodies needs to function at its best.
🙋♀️ What Is The Success Rate In 12 Weeks?
If you are able to prioritize yourself, your goals, and put your health & fitness on the front burner; you will see huge success! Consistency & Accountability are key to your success, but we have seen first hand some of the most incredible transformations come out of our 12 week challenges. Show up, follow your plan and watch your body (and life) transform!
