PLUS learn what eating right means - so you don't fall for yo-yo or fad diets anymore and know what to look for in healthy foods.
- Learn new workout techniques, secrets that make accomplishing your goals easy, and more, during facebook lives from hand-picked experts or past challengers. Including how to switch out specific movements for at home or in the gym! Not sure how to sub out a movement, no worries, we now include both home + gym options so you never have to use the sub library again!
