Throughout this 12 week journey you have a fantastic training and nutrition program that teaches you along the way a new lifestyle that is maintainable. Does this program give you results? Absolutely!!! By sticking to my workouts and macros which were completely achievable, I lost weight and inches weekly. And let me tell you I took advantage of a full treat day every Sunday. "March 1st 2020 I started my First Bikini Bliss Challenge. There was a lot of fear and worry going into it. As a person who has been overweight most of her whole life, I was worried I wouldn’t fit in. After a week I realized the worry was for nothing. I had not only joining a challenge where I was learning how to eat properly and workout, I had joined the most supportive community of amazing women I had ever seen! Their support and encouragement was so much more than I had expected. "Trainers need Trainers too!!! I didn't realize how important this challenge would be to me until the world turned upside down during it. As a trainer, we too can fall off the wagon and become too easy on ourselves....when I saw friends joining this challenge I thought it would be something that I needed to help me refocus on myself...but it ended up being so much more. I always tell people to surround yourself with uplifting, supportive people, even when you don't think you are feeling so positive yourself...they will lift you up. And that is exactly how this group made me feel. As a trainer, we are also picky in who we choose to train us...and I've always heard many great things about Monique Kabel, and she's sure showed how true those great things are. It was an honour to finally meet her and have her inspiring me, what a blessing to add another positive and inspiring person in my life! This challenge is perfect for those just starting out in fitness as it will set you up for a maintainable lifestyle and perfect for those that need a little push back on the right track. "Easily the best thing I've ever done for myself was sign up for this challenge. I've done many fitness programs in the past and always found myself counting down the days until they were over so I could enjoy food again - this challenge has been so so different. I do not want it to ever end. Monique gives you a meal plan and workout plan that are so manageable and maintainable. I've never once felt restricted or deprived or that the workouts were too hard for me to handle. I did all of the workouts from home which was a nice option when working full time and having a family at home. The results I've gotten from this program are incredible and unlike any program I've done before. I'm so confident that I can continue to follow the plan even once this challenge is over. I was recommended this program by so many of my girlfriends. I was stuck in a rut drinking every weekend and ordering takeout 3-4 times a week. Zero energy and zero hope. The pounds were just packing on. Within my first four weeks of this program I dropped five pounds. My body reacted well to the clean eating and the workouts. It is extremely easy to follow and a total lifestyle. This is something I can continue after the three months now that I’ve learned how to properly portion food, etc. I did my three months at home because the gyms weren’t open and honestly if I didn’t have this structure and checkins I would have been stress eating this entire time. Monique is such an amazing coach and friend. She makes you feel like you are on top of the world and you can achieve whatever you put your mind too. Would 100% recommend and I will be doing the September challenge as well!"

"I just wanted to tell you that the Bikini Bliss Challenge and Coach Monique have started a fire in me. I’ve been watching this process for a couple years and in September I decided because I’ll be 40 at the end of the year I might as well JUMP IN! My main goal is to be healthy and happier for myself, my husband and my kids. I have four kids who I stay home with and homeschool. I help run a water and sewer business with my husband. (and like every other female, countless other things). So to be an encourager, I like to say that after the long day or even before it starts, THERE IS TIME! I was able to find time to do my 30 minutes of cardio/workout routine. It didn’t happen every day and sometimes it was one or the other BUT something changed inside of me. I have set goals as a lifestyle change so that I can (by the grace of God) live a long life with my husband and be around for my children’s children. I give it ‘s all around, you should try it!I Lost 18lbs and around 5in. on each of the main measured parts. Can not wait for the March Challenge...."

Well this has been the best investment I've ever made in myself. I've never had a gym membership in my life and was too insecure to go to a gym. I can't say enough positive about this challenge or group I've been in now for 11 weeks... I never could have achieved the same results on my own. Awesome workouts and great meal plans to achieve your goals. 12 weeks may seem long but it goes so fast and with the support of an amazing group of ladies!! Coach Monique Kabel is the best!!!!!!
