Bliss Strong 2.0 - Advanced Muscle Tone and Sculpting Program
Empower yourself to build lean muscle, tone out those legs and sculpt the perfect curves with our 6 week Bliss Strong 2.0 program. This program is for those who have already completed BLISS STRONG, or are at an intermediate or advanced fitness level.
Can be done from the gym or home - with 1 set of dumbells, a booty band, and 1 long resistance band. This program can be done any time of the year, and will begin the Monday following signup date.
